My Gawd. This happens quite frequently in India as well.
Joy always,
Susan
That is quite normal! You should see the ways and means that people have come up with here in India to transport things....
Hi Yogasavy and Susan, yes it amazes we Westerners how ingenious transportation can be in Asian countries. In our highly(overly?) regulated world we'd never get away with that.
Is there any other way to transport refrigerators.
I mean really?
Cheers A
Reminds me of when I bought a stove for my ex's family in Honduras!
I think we can find this scene mostly in Asia... I'll be surprised though if I find it in US or Europe or even Australia and New Zealand... This is quite common in my country as well... Thank you for sharing Jim. :)
HaHa Jim...........great shot. I am always amazed what can be put on the back of a motorcycle in SEA!
Oops, we supposed to do food and markets this week? Well, you got the fridge. I mentioned ice cream in my post. That count?
Great cultural photography shot !
You wouldn't think that little thing could hold a refrigerator. How funny:) But I guess, it's just what you are used to in any particular country.
Great photo :)
The stuff they load on the back of their motorbikes defies description. A refrigerator - unbelievable.
Great pic Jim, curious is that the companies delivery guy? Either way interesting method of transporting a frig!
When our son was doing his 6 month traffic control stint in our NZ Police Force he sent this off to his police boss and said he let the guy off with a written warning. I think the photo may be pinned up somewhere in police headquarters now.
Oh Jim this really made me smile! I was thinking of Africa!
Good one, Jim! Leave it to you to come up with such a fun shot!
He must be Superman's helper, lol. Great pic, shared it on facebook. Thanks
