Friends ranch alpaca and they have two newborns. The white one was 1 week old when we took this pic last Sunday.
Enchanting photo. These two look like they belong on a lawn in heaven...sooo sweet!
'enchanting,' as leah said, gorgeous!!!
my moment also highlights a toddler:

Those necks are perfect for 11-11-11! :) But I couldn't tell the difference between llama and alpaca. :))
Tender and touching.

I absolutely adore Alpacas!! We had a "red" one named Phoenix. He was the best boy and so fun. We would lead him around our country neighborhood with a halter and lead. The kids loved it. It was great to look out our windows and watch him in our meadow. He loved to stare back at us. Unfortunately he passed on, but we sure enjoyed him while we had him.
Commented in Facebook but not here..such a tender photo! You have captured it so well, Jim! Great photo and moment.
