It was absolutely awesome! Oldest out of the 11 who jumped, and all the youngies hittingthe ground, falling over, stumbling, and the old guy comes in and makes a perfect landing, standing up, not even taking a step! Perfect. They all asked if I'd done it before. I'll upload a video of my perfect jump!
Wow, Jim awesome - the pic and how you did it! I can't imagine myself having the courage to do this...but it's all about letting go and trusting isn't it? Good on ya!
I'm old enough to know I shouldn't do things like that Susan! But I'd do any of those adventure activities. Been White water rafting twice, once in Alaska, done parasailing. Only thing I won't do is bungy jump cause at our age, blood rush to the head can cause retinal detachment. Mate lost sight in 1 eye after bungy jump.
You are much braver than I!! I've always wanted to do that, but I don't think I ever really could lol I just about chicken out everytime I try to go down the "super slide" at our fair with the kids! lol

Hi Ron, Life's too short not to do something crazy now and again.
Hi Julia, Actually it is pretty easy to skydive tandem, because the decision to jump isn't yours...the guy you're strapped to just pushes you out first! No last minute indecision. No choice. You're just thrown out! Oldies just have to concentrate on keeping their mouth shut otherwise the terrific wind whips your dentures out!
Awesome -- good for you, especially being the "old guy" (as you said in a comment) making the perfect landing. Don't think that's something I'm ever going to be brave enough to do, so extra kudos to you!

Now I want to do this. What does it take to do this, Jim? BTW, how old are ya?
Have a good weekend, Jim.
Joy always,
Susan

Something I would love to try, but somehow I know I will never get enough nerve up to do:)

Wow, can't believe you even did that Jim. I would be terrified. That sort of adventure is not for the likes of me! :)

I'm envious! I wish I could save for that pretty expensive adventure! :)
